K Travel Group, doing business as KGAY Travel ("KGAY Travel," "we," "us," or "our"), is an independent travel agent and Seller of Travel. Most of the trips we sell — the gay cruises, resort takeovers and group land trips — are organized and operated by other companies: charter companies, cruise lines, resorts and tour operators such as Atlantis Events, VACAYA, Brand g Vacations, Out Adventures, RSVP and Source Journeys. For those trips we act as your agent, and the trip itself runs under the operator's own terms and policies.

We do plan and operate some of our own charters and group events — but those are the exception, and we clearly identify them as KGAY-operated. Everything else is run by someone else.

Itineraries, schedules, event times, venues, entertainment lineups, port arrival and departure times, and prices all come from the companies operating each trip. They can change at any time, without notice — a lineup gets swapped, a party moves, a port gets skipped, a price is updated. That is normal in travel.

We work hard to keep the information current, but we can't guarantee it is accurate, complete or up to the minute at every moment. What you see in the guide may not yet reflect the latest update from the operator.

The KGAY Travel mobile app is there to help you plan and enjoy your trip — to see your itinerary, events, entertainment and destination info in one friendly place. It is a convenience tool, not the official source of trip information.

For the most accurate, up-to-date details, always check the official sources:

• Your operator's official app or website
• The daily bulletins and announcements onboard or on-site
• Your cruise director, resort staff or group host
• Posted schedules at venues and event locations

When something differs, those official sources are the ones to trust for any scheduling decision.
